Unpretentious, soft spoken, and generous, she possessed an innate understanding of the merchandising sciences. She rose through the ranks of the company to which she dedicate her life, beginning her career as a sales clerk in 1. Her obvious talents and work ethic were quickly recognized, and she advanced from merchandising manager and other positions of responsibility to Chief Executive. During this journey of dedication and service, she went out of her way to treat every Orrs employee with her unassuming dignity and grace. She knew every employee by name and took a personal interest in their welfare. The employees sensed that they were part of a caring family, and as a result, many employees worked at Orrs for decades. Geraldine loved life, both at the beach, the swimming pool, and in the Florida sunshine. She gave thanks to God for her good fortune through her faith as a devout Catholic. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes in Dunedin, Florida, and was also a former member of Church of the Annunciation in Bloomsbury, New Jersey. Survivors include three nephews William Hauck of Clinton, New Jersey, Bruce Hauck and his wife, Dawn, of Annandale, New Jersey and Jack Hauck and his wife, Evelyn, of Bangor, Pennsylvania  one niece Teresa Andresen and her husband, Albert, of Milford, New Jersey. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews. Predeceased in addition to her husband are three brothers Charles Hauck, Andrew Hauck and George Hauck, and two sisters, Esther Jurik and Ruth Hauck. After his discharge from the Navy, he and Wanda Krajewski were married and lived near Laceyville for a short time. They moved to NJ and lived in Plainfield, Hackettstown and Dunellen for several years before moving to Clinton Twp., NJ where they lived for many years. Upon his retirement, Anthony and Wanda moved back to Anthonys childhood hometown in PA where he found great enjoyment and peace. He was the son of the late John Taluba and Mary Viatonis Taluba. His wife, Wanda M. Taluba, passed away in 2. Anthony was a World War II Veteran, serving in the US Navy from 1. He served as an Electricians Mate Third Class and was onboard the USS Concord and USS Franklin. He was awarded the Asiatic Pacific Medal, American Theater Medal and Victory Medal. Before his retirement, Anthony was the owner of T S Plastic Manufacturing Company in Plainfield, NJ. He was an inventor, patent holder, and jack of all trades. After his retirement Anthony enjoyed spending time in PA where he grew up. After spending a great deal of time finding the perfect piece of property in the mountains of PA, he settled in Laceyville where he had a spectacular view of the Susquehanna River. Anthony also loved dogs and enjoyed having several dogs over the years including Buddy, Buddy 2 and Lady. Survivors include one son Paul Taluba and his wife Marie of Annandale, NJ and one daughter Barbara Bell of Enfield, CT. Four grandchildren Karyn and her husband Tqe, Kevin and his wife Erin, Robyn and her husband Ron, Heather and her husband Jon.
